Wicked Elf Witbier
This ale is our representation of a style first brewed by monks in the Middles Ages, and is craft brewed in the true Belgian witbier (white beer) style using 50/50 wheat and barley malts.
Wicked Elf Witbier is a refreshing, easy drinking ale that pours pale yellow in colour with a generous white foamy head. Late kettle additions of dried curacao and coriander, and fresh yeast added prior to bottling, produces this naturally cloudy ale of distinction. Fruity, spicy and phenolic aromas balance the ‘tart' and spicy flavours that linger long in the mouth.
This ale is bottle conditioned.
